AI agents and cloud platforms, built to run in production.

BipTech builds, ships and hands over software for startups and small teams. You own the code, the infrastructure and the documentation.

  • Fixed scope and price
  • Code in your repository
  • Monitoring from day one

Illustrative trace from a typical RAG assistant. Every system we ship has tracing, logs and alerts from the first deploy.

Services

Five engagements, clearly scoped.

Fixed scope, fixed timeline, a working demo every two weeks. Start with a small project and grow it once it has shown its value.

Process

How a project runs, every time.

The same five stages, each with a written exit check, so you always know where the project stands and what comes next.

  1. Scope

Discovery call, written scope, estimate, signed agreement.

  2. Design

Architecture, data model, threat model and a plan you approve.

  3. Build

Two-week sprints. CI/CD from day one. A demo after each sprint.

  4. Harden

Acceptance testing, security scans, load tests, rollback rehearsal.

  5. Hand over

Go-live, documentation, training and transfer of access.

Standards

Built to run without us.

We design every project so your team, or the next vendor, can take it over on day one.

Secure by default

Dependency, code and container scans in every pipeline. Secrets in a vault, never in the repository.

Observable

Logs, metrics, traces and alerts, with a runbook for each alert.

Cost-aware

Budget alerts and a monthly running-cost sheet from the first deployment.

Tested

Automated tests and, for AI features, an evaluation set that checks answer quality on every change.

At handover

What you receive

  • All source code, in your own repository
  • Infrastructure as code and deployment pipelines
  • Architecture diagrams and decision records
  • API documentation and runbooks
  • Test and security reports
  • Cloud accounts, domains and credentials, rotated and transferred to you
  • Team training and a warranty period for defects
Reference builds

Our approach, in working systems.

Systems we built to show how we work. Client case studies are added here as projects are approved for publication.

Questions

Before you book a call.

Short answers to what clients usually ask first.

Who owns the code and infrastructure?

You do. Code lives in your own repository, infrastructure is defined as code, and cloud accounts, domains and credentials are rotated and transferred to you at handover.

How is pricing set?

Scoped projects are fixed price. MVP builds use milestone pricing. Ongoing work runs as a monthly retainer. You get a written scope and estimate before anything is signed.

How will we know how the project is going?

You see a working demo every two weeks, and each of the five stages ends with a written exit check.

What happens after go-live?

You receive documentation, runbooks and training for your team, plus a warranty period for defects. If you want ongoing help, we can continue on a retainer.

Do you work with teams outside Bangladesh?

Yes. BipTech is based in Dhaka and works with teams across time zones.
